The True Honey

The True Honey was founded by Jim McMillan,  a big part of Jim’s job is working closely with farmers, local Iwi and the Department of Conservation. He’s dedicated to protecting New Zealand’s unique environment, while working with these landowner partners to leave the land in a better state for future generations.

Full ownership from hive to jar means Jim stands behind every drop of our Mānuka honey, with full traceability back to where it was harvested. As the industry grows, Jim is dedicated to making sure that honey lovers worldwide can trust The True Honey Co. name for high rated, ethically produced and top-notch quality Mānuka honey.
